What a time we’ve all been going through! If you’re looking for a new way to cope with the stress and fullness of life, now might be the time to try that yoga class you’ve been meaning to join. In addition to reducing stress, yoga is great for increasing flexibility, strength, and balance. Anne Ayres has been teaching yoga to patients and staff at the VA for many years and is delighted to be offering a weekly class at GSL Church. Her class will focus on guiding students through a series of postures designed to release tension and refresh the spirit. The class will be open to all levels from beginner to seasoned practitioner with modifications offered to make the poses accessible to anyone.
